Inglenook Dining Room

Whenever and wherever possible we obtain our supplies from local producers (subject to seasonal variations). Sausages are made by a local butcher who buys his meat from local farms and the award winning, locally cured back bacon is supplied by a butcher at Crewkerne.

The Garden
Pretty Garden Guest are encouraged to use the pretty garden at the rear. It is South facing and fully enclosed by a high flint wall on one side and the west wing of the house on the other. It is very restful sitting by the pond, in the sun, listening to the water cascading down the waterfall.
What could be better than sitting in the garden in the late afternoon or evening with a glass of wine (you supply the wine, we supply the garden, the glasses and the lighting).

Pretty Garden At the rear of the guest house is an open parking area which is opposite the double garage. The garage is for guest use and offers overnight secure parking for two cars and more vulnerable conveyances such as motor cycles and bicycles.

Eating Out in Chard
Chard offers a number of restaurants which are within a short stroll of the guest house including Indian, Chinese, European and good basic 'Pub' food. You may wish to cross the road to 'Thomas's Restaurant' which has been awarded an AA Rosette of excellence and is recommended in Johansens' guide and other good food guides.
